Kenlina Editorial Standards and Product Review Process
Last updated: July 26, 2026
This page explains how Kenlina prepares, checks, updates, and corrects product and educational content. It describes our process; it does not mean that every existing article has completed every review step.
Editorial responsibility
Kenlina content is written and edited by Colina Chen, CEO, and published by Kenlina Haven Inc, the company behind Kenlina. Zhicheng Wu, Owner and Director, is the designated reviewer. A page displays “Reviewed by Zhicheng Wu” only after that specific page has completed a documented factual review.
What we check
Our review process focuses on product facts, practical care guidance, working links, accurate and relevant images, and clear boundaries around claims. Product-specific details such as available variants, price, materials wording, scent descriptions, and care instructions should be confirmed on the current product page because details can vary by product and batch.
- Product facts: descriptions are checked against information available for the specific product.
- Care guidance: instructions are framed as practical handling guidance, not guaranteed outcomes.
- Links and images: links should lead to relevant live pages, and images should accurately support the topic.
- Claim boundaries: uncertain or unsupported statements are removed, qualified, or clearly identified as limits.
Claims we do not promise
Kenlina content does not promise medical treatment, emotional or spiritual outcomes, luck, or guaranteed product performance. Symbolic or cultural context is presented as context, not as a guaranteed result. Nothing on our site replaces professional medical advice.
Sources, dates, and updates
Where an article relies on cultural, historical, technical, or health-related context, we aim to use identifiable and relevant sources. Publication and update dates should reflect the page record. We may revise content when product details change, links stop working, evidence improves, or a correction is needed.
Corrections
If you notice an inaccurate product fact, broken link, misleading image, or unclear claim, contact help@kenlina.com. We review correction requests and update the affected page when the evidence supports a change.
