Finding Your Bracelet Size

Step 1 Gently wrap the measuring tape or paper strip around the wrist you plan to wear your bracelet on. A good spot is just below the wrist bone.	Step 2 Make sure it’s snug but not tight—it should feel comfortable. Mark the spot where the end meets the strip.	Step 3 If you used a paper strip, lay it flat and measure the length from the end to your mark with a ruler. This is your exact wrist size.

 

Our Recommendation for the Perfect Fit

A touchstone for calm shouldn't be restrictive. We recommend adding about a half-inch to three-quarters of an inch (0.5′′ to 0.75′′) to your exact wrist measurement.

This extra space allows for comfortable movement and ensures your bracelet serves as a gentle, grounding presence, not a distraction.

Finding Your Bangle Size

(For closed-loop bracelets that slide over your hand)

Bangles are designed to slip on gracefully. To find the right size that will pass over your knuckles comfortably, we have two simple methods. For the most accurate fit, we recommend using Method 1.

Method 1: Measuring Your Hand (Most Accurate)

Step 1 First, touch your thumb to your pinky finger, making your hand as narrow as you can, as if you are about to slide on a bangle.	Step 2 Gently wrap your measuring tape or paper strip around the widest part of your hand—usually across your main knuckles.	Step 3 Mark where the end meets the strip, then use a ruler to find the length. This measurement is the circumference your bangle needs to be to fit over your hand.

 

Method 2: Measuring Your Palm (Quick Alternative)

Step 1 Lay your hand flat with your fingers together. Using a measuring tape or a strip of paper, measure the distance across the widest part of your palm (from the base of your index finger to the base of your pinky).	Step 2 Mark the measurement. If you used a paper strip, lay it flat and measure it with a ruler. This will give you the diameter needed for your bangle.

Now that you have your measurement, simply find the corresponding size in the chart. This will guide you to the Kenlina bangle that will slide on with ease and rest comfortably on your wrist.
